(1) The fund shall have the following amount:-
(a) The amount deducted from the employee's monthly salary in accordance with section 10,
(b) The amount provided annually by the Government of Nepal for the purpose of providing pensions and gratuities to the employees and community school teachers appointed to receive pensions in the service as per Section 16 before the commencement of this Act,
(c) Fund amount including interest, dividend and profit received from investment,
(d)   other amounts received by the Fund for the operation of the Contributory Pension System,
(e) Amounts provided by the Government of Nepal for specified purpose.
(2) The government of Nepal will provide additional funds to the fund from time to time to facilitate and sustain the work of providing funds including pension to the employees.
(3) The amount received by the fund under sub-section (1) or (2) shall be opened and deposited in an account designated by the committee in an "A" class commercial bank licensed by the Nepal Rastra Bank.
